Lost my extension during upgrade

I upgraded to 1.5 with no issues. However, when I unzipped the ext_1.1 it overwrote the htaccess file in the root giving me an access forbidden error. Once I replaced the htaccess I could log back in.

I backed up my database and deleted my root directory. Then re-installed 1.5. What I found was profile graphics, logo and possibly uploaded documents were not there. I would suggest along with the database backup there is a backup for these files also.

The problem I am left with is the extensions disappeared. When clicking on the extension tab I am presented with the more info button. Is there a way to re-install the extensions and my key?

first note, when you do backup of database it's only database is't not backup of files like attachments.

about extension, yes you can download it from my account and install again. If this is the same domain name then key will be the same.
