The default to all users is not working - we are having to select usergroups to show filters both in entity and common filters

Default is for new users only. If user already exist and go to entity page, app will create own users filters.

Im not sure what you mean , it was working in prior version but now we need to add the usergroups so they can see and we are having to add all usergroups as we want them all to see , in the past we just left it blank for everyone to see
