Issue with position of field data of field type "approve"

Hi. There seams to be an issue with the position of the data in lists of a filed of type "approve".
I configured an ebtity with 3 fields of type "approve" for a kind of workflow.
The fields are: "Ersteller", "Prüfer", "Freigeber".

In the list it looks like:

Here "Teresa .." must be shown in the collumn of "Ersteller", "Eberhard ..." below of "Prüfer" and "Guido ..." below of "Freigeber".
What dose the "-"-Symbol means in Front of the names?

I can't reproduce this issue.
"-"-Symbol means not approved.
