Rukovoditel is an open source application designed for installation on your own local server or Internet server with PHP/MySQL support.
The project is divided into two parts: the main (free) and Extension. In Main Part of Rukovoditel you will find tools for designing and configuring your application.
The Extension includes a set of reports and tools for better planning and management.
