I found that the variable in extension language file (en-version line 278) has an error:

define('TEXT_EXT_PB_CUSTOMER_EAMIL_EMAL','Select the field type E-mail');

The place where it is used is the formular to create a public form on the tab "Notifications",
on the "i" email tooltip.

The Tooltip shows the variable, not the text definition.
