Dashboard reports - Error: 500 Internal Server Error

I have 3 different reports showing on the dashboard. Every refresh some of them says: Error: 500 Internal Server Error
Internal Server Error
And when I refresh page again, some of those works and some other says Error: 500 Internal Server Error
Internal Server Error

Had this with 2.0 and now 2.0.1 same problem.

My .../ruko/log directory is empty (according to Filezilla FTP client) or do you mean some other log?
server config is on dev mode.

Yes, I mean other log. This one is internal application log but if something is wrong and application is not working (like in your case) you have to check internal server PHP log. Each server have this log. Just contact your hosting support and ask them where you can find PHP log.
Usually it can be file error_log in document root. But can be in other place too.

It's tell me nothing. Need php log.

I sent a request/ticket to find the php error log.
I also updated php from 5.6 to 7.1 and now I try if this helped. I will get back with the error log if i ever find that.

For some reason I can't have error log but they replied this:
(Sorry in Finnish but Google translator probably can manage)

nuo virheet johtuvat siitä että CloudLinux LVE Managerin VMEM (Virtual Memory) raja ylitetään.
Muutin VMEM rajaa 1GB -> 1.5GB, ilmoittakaa jos virhettä edelleen tulee.

So this is just memory limit you your server that is why saw this error.

Now it works ok?

Yes seems to be working now. I had another installation on other web hotel but the same company and it had same issue.

Now both had this change from the server and now everything works:

CloudLinux LVE Managerin VMEM (Virtual Memory), VMEM limit from 1GB to 1.5GB.
