Hi Sergey,

I have a DB error when try to restore back up file to new server.

1. At new server, install fresh rukovoditel version 3.5.( same verison as backup file)
2. Install Database
3. Install extension 3.5
4. restore database back up file

Error " Database Error: 1146 - Table 'u314360799_veds.app_global_vars' doesn't exist
Query: select * from app_global_vars where is_folder=0
Page: /veds/

Hard to say what is it. Try to do backup and restore under phpmyadmin.

Hi Sergey,

The restoration to the new server was successful. Files in the folder and plugins have been successfully copied to the new server. However, the attachment files are still not found.

Is there anything else I need to copy besides both folders?

You have to copy /uploads folder to new server.
