Can I have as many licenses as I want and keep control for myself?

Also, I would like to know what happens if the project is discontinued in terms of the extension I purchased. I'm concerned that after the sale and implementation, the system might be discontinued and I'll be left in a difficult position with my clients.

You will pay only once and install software you your server. You can run software without internet connection and it means app not depended with project site.
