Use of user-defined fields inside automatic actions

Dear Sergey,
I need some flexibility in my application. It is about schemas for posting which should work in this way:
1) user defines "field" inside form:
2) use "field" inside automatic action:
The idea is to define for example "[2179]" inside form and use it inside automatic action but unfortunately this is not working.
Is there any way to enable this? I would donate...
