Halo Sergey,
I am currently undergoing server migration, and the new server is already using the same version. However, I noticed that the backup format on the new server is .sql, while on the old server, it's .zip. Is there a specific configuration for this? How can I ensure that the backup results are in .zip format?

Strange. Backup should be always use .zip
Make sure ZipArchive lib is enabled in new sever.
.sql using when you do Export app only.
