After the update I'm getting 500 error.

You have to check php error log on your server.
Check php version. Make sure you have loaded files in correct folder. Update db again.

The error says " Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in " means not all files exist. You are loaded files manually?
Load archive to your server and unpack it there. In this case you can be sure all files are loaded.
