Sender in Email Sending Rules

Dear Sergey,

In email sending rules, if name and email of the sender are blank, the form forces to enter. In my opinion, these fields should be optionel, if the name and emails fileds are entered, the system should use these, but if blank, the system should use default ones.

Yes, you are right, it's should be optional. File from archive load plugins\ext\modules\email_sending\views\
