click on Change Name. You get an SQL error
Now go to this page
https://pdemo.rukovoditel.pro/3.2/index ... mo_id=1407
Edit the Change Name auto action and turn off Preview Process Actions.
Go back to this page

click on Change Name. No SQL erorr and the form loads properly

Found issue. File from archive replace to modules\items\views\
