Changing Profile (Account) image

If you upload a profile image and then try to change it the system reverts to the original image and won't update the image.

I tried deleting theimage and then loading a new image but still did the same and reverted to the original image.

So I tried uploading a different extension and it changed the mage. Then I tried changing that image with a same extension and it reverted to the original of that extension. eg. I uploaded a .png and it then tried to change that with another .png image and it would not change it.

Files from archive replace in folder where app is installed. Let me know if it works ok now.
