Serbian (Serbian cyrilic) and Serbocroatioan (Serbian latin) translations of Rukovoditel up to version 3.0

Hi,

Here are Serbian (Serbian Cyrillic) and Serbocroatian (Serbian Latin) translations for Rukovoditel 3.0 with Extension.
I also fixed some old typos and translation inconsistencies.
All language files (Serbian and Serbocroatian) are also published at GitHub https://github.com/filipmilasinovic/ so anyone who want to make changes or to fork it, is welcome.
If someone spots a typo - please tell me here or at GitHub.
If someone think that some translations should be changed - please tell me here or at GitHub.
When there are enough changes, I will post improved translations here.

Also, Rukovoditel 3.0 will be available in Docker Container in couple of days (currently only 2.9), I made it publicly available via DockerHub and GitHub.
Containers can be started manually or with Docker compose with single command.
Data storage for database and web files is permanent in Docker volumes.
