Filter on Approve field - database error

Where: filters_panels/panels - Quick Filters Panels - field Approve

What: If you create a filter for field type Approve and try to use it, you will get a database error.

How replicate:
1. Create a field type Approve for any entity.
2. Create a filter panel on Approve field.
3. Try to search via created filter
4. MySQL error

Tested with the same result, bug is still there.

Found issue. Unpack archive in folder where app is installed. Then delete filter and create it again.
(This is fix for 3.0)
In result you have to see dropdown of users and you can filter by user instead of search bar.
