Extension - Templates in docx format - corrupted file when & is saved in any field

Where: ext/templates/export_templates - docx template (https://docs.rukovoditel.net/index.php?p=100)

What: In case you save character & in any field of record used as information block in docx template, the exported docx is corrupted.

How replicate:
1. Create a docx template for any entity and insert block for name field in the docx template (e.g. Name: ${78}).
2. Create a new record in your entity with field name "A&B" or any other name with &.
3. Try exporting newly saved record to docx template. The file is corrupted.
4. Delete character & from name of the record and try exporting again. Now the file is ok.
