Change history (extension) - missing record of deleted/edited comments

I have noticed a few imperfections about comments in change history:
- If the user deletes a comment there is no record of deletion in the change history and the old record in the change history about new comments is empty.
- If the user changes comments there is no record about change in the change history and the old record in the change history about new comments is changed.
