Calendar not show 24h format

Hello Sergey,

Everywhere I have 24hour format but as you can see from photo it show hours in AM/PM.
When I create event is 24h format and after show in a/p.

Strange. Did some tests and it works ok for me.
How to reproduce?

I try everythin and on different installation and everywehere is same no 24H format only in calendar:

I have sort out with this configuration and version 2.9 will have 24h format for all calendars.
