Add more features

Hi all, hopefully some of you are developers.

I want to add some small things to the PMS, help will be appreciated.
The company for which I am making this PMS want some more things.

- They want to add points system to the PMS which means, when admin/manager assign task to developer, he will also add points to the task .( to tell developer that this task is worth 2 points or 0.5 points.)

- After adding points to task. there should be another column for task points in task list.

- These points will appear under user account menu or beside user avatar with calculation like
your points = 15.5
you earned = $31

To add above features I need your help, Can somebody tell me where to add these features. If I find out somewhere, where should I insert SQL queries for table.
