Logoff during export Excel file while records more than 3600

The application crashed when I try to export more than 4000 records with Excel format, Would you please help to fix it, thanks

this can't be fixed, the sever have memory limit or other limits (need to check error_log file) that is why you have this situation

so you have to export items by parts
