Entities - add new tab to form of new entity does not show tab name

Entities - add new tab to form of new entity does not show tab name
After adding the first tab to a form for a newly created entity the name of the tab is not shown in the tab box (see enclosed screenshot). Only after second tab has been added to the form both tabs appear properly. You can see that in the demo on Your website.
