Hi Sergey,

Can advice how to resolve those errors on fresh installation?

You have used old php version
Requirements: PHP>= 5.4 and MySQL>= 5.0 ( PHP 7 recommended)

Or you probably use PHP 7.4
It's not supported at the moment.
