First of all, congratulations for this application !
a few tests and I can use it in production and buy the upgrade kit
I just have a problem : notifications for tickets, following a change of status, are not sent . I properly set , I think.
In the logs , after this action , I get these lines:
31 May 2016 13:00:44 Notice
Undefined variable: html_user_password
…/modules/items/views/form.php:22
email notifications after change of status in Tasks and for discussions are ok
any idea ?

Other notification works ok?
Notification will send to assigned user only, please provide screenshot list of fields for tickets entity.

Department should be Group Users filed type and each department should have assigned users
then assigned users will get notification.

department = group users that's was ok › administrator received notification from user √
but when administrator change statut to another, then the user didn't receive any notification

Please check filed Status, there is option "Notify when changed" and make sure it's turn ON

I think you have upgrade to 1.7 (wait for release, at the moment you can test beta version) and if it will be still issue then I will check code again.
