Getting Database errors when

Hi,
I just had done a successful installation of Rukovoditel
But when im trying to display Users and Project page, I get the following database error
Please see the screenshots 22.jpg and 34.jpg
Database Error: 1364 - Field 'in_dashboard_icon' doesn't have a default value
Query: insert into app_reports (name, entities_id, reports_type, in_menu, in_dashboard, listing_order_fields, created_by, parent_entity_id, parent_item_id) values ('', '21', 'entity', '0', '0', '', '1', '0', '0')
Page: /rukovoditel/index.php?module=items/items&path=21
