Group Common Report Not show

Hi Sergey,

Finally group common report show in my user login, after re-install app and re-update the database.

but in user login only show section menu as attached

and in counters not show in common group report although I have set it up in admin login as attached

I need to show counters only in my common group report, is it possible?

Work for you in your dashboard? Or in you common group report?

If yours in common group report, Any possibilities why in my app not show for counter report?

I did several test and it works ok me me, counter shows in common reports group if user have access.
Note you have to configure access in two places:
1) for common reports group
2) and for report too.

Please help, because this feature very important for me, I have try many time and result still blank
This counter already setup in extension common report please see attachment

you can see user group is staff

then I create group common report with group access also staff, please see attachment

and I setup counter took from common report name "Job Not Start", please see attachment

and I login as staff, name "Litania Anantio" please see users attachment

and when I login as staff and click Common Group report which created and the result is blank, please see attachment

Please advise what should I do

I have same problem.
I noticed that when I set reports in admin dashboard, those reports are shown for other users

Fahmi, can you send me admin access to your app in private message and I will check you settings because I can't reproduce in my server.
