Bug in access allocation rules

I am not sure it is a bug or not.

I have set the access allocation rules and it works. But when update the item using "With Selected > Update", the item still can be updated.

Found this issue. File from archive replace to includes\classes\fieldstypes\
The checkbox should be hidden for items with restricted access.
Let me know how it works.
