Problem with attachments

Post by marijan »

Hello Sergey,

I'm not sure is it this some BUG or is something else.

I have an entity with an attachment field and I can upload attachments but the problem is that every day after couples of success uploaded attachments I can't upload.
This happens even if I didn't change anything.
For the moment when it stop to access attachments then manually I give permission to folder by default is 755 when it works but when it stop I change to 777 for example for today folder /uploads/attachments/2020/06/17 and then I can continue to upload attachment
Just for note this morning I made 15 attachments even it was everything by default folder permission 755, but after some reason it stopped accepting more

Please help

If is 755 I can upload but for some reason after couple of uploads it stops and then I change folder permission to 777.

for examlpe yesterday folder /uploads/attachments/2020/06/16 was with permission 755 and we made upoload of 5 files without problem, today folder /uploads/attachments/2020/06/17 was also with 755 permission but after upload of 16 files for some it stops to accept attachments and then I change it permission to 777

Maybe problem is because we are multiple users who upload files, and for that reason 755 make problems

Check space on your server and make sure you have enough.

Dear Sergey, there is fee space almost 1TB it is dedicated server
that is problem I'm really confused why this happen.
Or is it possible by default subfolders in /uploads/attachments/ to have permission 777 or maybe is it something with .htaccess but .htaccess is default from Rukovoditel
