Entities - several issues during data entry for a newly created sub-entity

I've recognized several issues after creation of a new entity "Sub-Tasks (Level 1)" for the standard task entity:

1. After selection of the first task of the example data a screen is opened for sub-task (level 1) showing 6 empty lines which cannot be deleted (no buttons appear). The amount of empty lines vary for all tasks from none to 6. Task 2 had no empty items, task 3 had 2 empty items, task 4 had no empty items.
2. After adding a new sub task, this appears after the 6 empty lines. No buttons are appearing to edit or delete the newly created item (see enclosed screenshot). The currently logged in user is admin, also all roles are granted total access to the entity.
3. The newly created sub task cannot be selected to jump to the next level sub task because it is not shown as an anchor (link)

Please don't use demo to create application because data refresh each hour and plus this is public demo and anyone can use it too, so this is just review how product looks
