Work Hour values lost after upgrade

Good morning,
I just upgraded to 1.7.1 and Extension 1.3.1. After completing the upgrade steps, some of the Work Hours I had entered are either missing completely, or just not displaying.
It appears to be affecting any Work Hour values which were < 1. Such as ".25" or ".5"

Is this a known bug with a fix? or do I need to get into the database and troubleshoot?

I just checked app_comments_history, and I do see the values still in the database (screengrab attached). So this must be an issue just with display/output.

Disregard - I found the problem.
In App Structure settings, the number format was modified during the update to: 2/./* when I previously had it set to 2/./,
Re-saving this setting has resolved the issue.
