Error after update

Please advise, what I have should do, the error as below:
Database Error: 1146 - Table 'sysinfod_new.app_global_lists_choices' doesn't exist
Query: select * from app_global_lists_choices
Page: /index.php?module=users/login

this happen, after I try to restore after backup database before I upgrade to 1.7. I update the version from 1.6 to 1.7, before I restore the backup database is run well but some input missing, so thats why i use restore

please advise

since you have restore database then you have to upgrade again
so you have to do 4-7 steps again
