Buttons not working anynmore

All the Buttons and links to add or modify datasets seam not to work anymore.
Also adding new tables or deleting them is ot possible.
As before I am using IE 11

Download latest beta http://rukovoditel.net/pub/beta/rukovod ... eta1.3.zip
then replace all filed and click Ctrl+f5
Let me know if it works ok now
