Notification mails are garbled in Japanese.

Hi,

After upgrading 1.6, the notification mails are garbled in Japanese. We can read the text somehow, but a lot on unnecessary symbol "=" are inserted. See the attached file.

yes, in version 1.6 the PHPMailer was updated

Probably this is issue in this lib because I did not change any code with sending email

so rename current includes/lib/PHPMailer folder and unpack archive to includes/lib folder

let me know if it helps, if no then it can be issue with server configuration...

When I updated from 1.6 to 1.6.1, the same problem was occured again.
Could you replace PHPMailer codes to newer one?

Otherwise I need to replace PHPMailer codes manually whenever I do update.

yes, at the moment replace code from archive in post above

for version 1.7 I will update mailer again and check emails in Japanese
