Copy Function didn't show

Hello Rukovoditel Team,

I want to report a bug.
Here I have "Work Order" Entity with Application Engineer Group Users set to be able to copy record.

And set the user to that User Group

But when I logged in to that user, I can't copy the record (There is no Copy option.)

If I tried to go to data Page, there isn't one too...

Any update...?

Files from archive replace to:
modules\reports\views\view.php
modules\items\views\items.php
plugins\ext\modules\with_selected\components\menu.php

Note: this files from 2.4 version so before replace do backup of these fields and if you will see any errors, restore it.

I think it shows the copy option, but I don't know if there any issue.
My boss hasn't complained yet.
