Telegram Notifications with more than one user assigned

Hi,

Telegram notifications to the assigned user do not work well when there is more than one user assigned. What happens to us in this case is that only one of the users receives the notifications and not all of the assigned ones

Here are screenshot of module rule config....

I think it´s not config problem because if only 1 user is assigned to ticket all works fine, but if two or more users are assigned, telegram notification only is send to 1 user (I think only reaches oldest creation date user (user with lowest ID))...That's why I understand that it can be a programming problem

Ok, I think I have found issue in code. Unpack archive to plugins\ext\classes\
Let me know if it works ok now.
