After changing the language from the right top menu, the multiple access group button has gone.

Maybe there is a problem with the translation ? Missing ?

Now, I realize that it not about only language, if you update any field of user entity from the right top menu, the multiple access groups are being deleted.
And I have 3 ruko sites, and all of them has the same bug.

Check the demo database or cleanly - everything works, nothing goes missing (I checked on my own, I have no such problems). You may have made any changes to the system

Make sure you have latest version.
