Sub Access Groups

The current way that switch access group works is really bad.
We have an employee default group, a Medical group, an HR group, and woman's service group.
Our employees have to regularly switch between two screens and move data between entities.
The problem is, the HR group cant access anything in the default group, or in the medical group. IE they have to copy the data then switch groups, then open the entity, then paste it there.
We have hundreds of entities, and having to go to each entity and sub entity to assign access to each of the groups individualy is unproductive, and not efficient, especially when creating new groups, as then we would have to go back and add access to all the entites over again.

Can we add an ability to have sub groups? Where, instead of having to constantly switch between them, They could be Categorized in the side bar by group?
Here's what it would look like. Maybe it could be different, but the functionality would be the same.

It would still work with the menu configuration tool, so that they could be in categories, etc.
