Allow entity specific Editing of the Name "Comments"

For some entities, I would like to be able to rename comments as "Edits" or "Notes", so the "Add Comment" button is renamed as "Add Note" or "Add Edit". Is this possible for a single entity?

As an alternative, you can create a sub-entity for notes or edits.

True, but comments have the ability to update fields of the entity as well as track the changes in the field value, this isn't possible if I create a sub-entity, is it?

Update of parent entity fields can be possible if you create some processes in sub-entity. But I agree it is not easy like comments.

That's interesting, what processes are you referring to? Automations?

Yes, automations. Create a process in parent entity to add a sub-entity and also to update some parent entity fields.
