Download Attachments

Hello,

When I try downloading attachments in bulk (download all attachments). A zip file is downloading however, nothing is in the zip folder. I can download individually no problem. Only have problem when trying to download all.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Same problem here. When i try to download all, a zip folder opens up and it is empty

Make sure ZIP extension is installed on your server http://php.net/manual/en/zip.installation.php

Sorry for the late response. I figured it out. The native zip from windows somehow does not show the downloaded files but when I use WinZip it shows all the files in the zip file.

Sorry for the even later response....
Same problem in v3.0
There is one extra backslash in php code in the end of path (example c:\folder\\) so folder with no name is created in zip file. Same happens in backups...

Is it possible to remove extra backslash or to include this info in documentation?

BTW, freeware 7zip is also able to open these files.

Found this issue and fixed for 3.3 version
