After Updating to 3.1 getting error

I am getting the following error once i updated to 3.1, i dont know previously which version i was using.

I even ran the following code
http://[path your app]/install/ext_autoupdate/from_3.0_to_3.1.php
and did phpquery too and it got updated with this msg "" You have already run this update ""
Kindly guide me since i have only ran from 3.0 to 3.1
But i dont know previously which version i was using.

app_global_vars was added in 3.0 version, so first run in browser
/install/autoupdate/from_2.9_to_3.0.php
and
/install/ext_autoupdate/from_2.9_to_3.0.php
To update database to 3.0

Let me know if there will be any other issues.

Sir when i am running update from 2.9 to 3.0 i am getting the following error

Looks like db update was not 100% completed. You can find all sql updates here install\db_updates\

open file update_3.0.sql and urn sql query manually in phpmyadmin to add tables which not exist.
