Changing status with comment leads to blank white page

hello guys,
First of all thank you for this amazing application.

I Have recently installed this application and am trying out the features.

I Am facing issues with adding comment with status update.

So when i create a task in project, and then either myself or someone else updates the status with comment or just the status, it takes me to ablank page.

the following is the error observed

Reverted to 3.0.1.
This particular issue about Blank white page is working fine here.

Same here. I reinstalled the whole software on serveral servers. It still has this issue.
