problems when updating

here is a screenshot of my problems after attempting to update to newest version. I upload zip files into root folder in my hosting, i unpack the zip folder it overrides the existing files and then i do the database updates and then it tells me this. i do not know what to do with this at this point to solve issue. need help

You have to update main source and source form Extension too.

I have done exactly what the instructions say to do and still get that issue

Make sure you uploaded extension in correct folder. Just reload files again.
