1.9.1 404 Not Found

I updated my installation to 1.9.1 yesterday and it was working just fine until morning .

But now I only get a black and white belt on the web page with looking into the developer tool I see 404 Not Found
Please help.

The Page/Resource you are looking for could not be found or is unavailable. Ensure you are using the correct URL/Domain name or contact the Site Owner

And if i am correct no files were changed accept removing the install folder from root director

Check files permissions... try to reload files...
