When adding custom tags to the Dashboard title in the Dashboard Configuration, adding <span style="color:#990099;"> into it or any other color will cause it to not save and instead generate a error 403 forbidden page.
This Works Fine:

Probably some protection on your server.

I checked and couldn't find anything.
Mod Security is off.
I even completely disabled firewall to test.
Same issue.
It occurs on both of the hosting companies we use.
We use both krystal.uk and a2hosting(us based).
Both have the same issue even on a fresh install.

Can't reproduce it. 403 is not application error. This is server error.
