error 1040 / error 500

Hello,

we receive these two error messages:
Error 1040 appears in the header when we open a few projects and tasks in separate windows. When we refresh the page, usually it gets fixed, but not always.
Our hoster said we should contact the developer.

Error 500 appear on the dashboard, when we refresh dashboard.
It appears at the bottom of the dashboard (it is not the login page).

We are considering purchasing the Extention, but we need some extra programming which is not included in the extended version. Whom can we contact?

On first screenshot there is fatal error with Symfony but Rukovoditel doesn't use Syfmony framework so I'm not sure why do you have this error. Probably symfony is installed on your server?

Also "Too many connections" means server have connection limit, so try to use other server.
