Spanish translation 2.9 and extension reviewed

Hello to the Rukovoditel Comunity,

Attached is translation to 2.9 with extensions also.

I have reviewed completely the files and corrected all broken links that now redirect to documentation.
For links where are spanish tranlation e.g. google or other pages, I have changed where correspond to get more understandig in spanish the content.
