update problem

I'm trying to update from 2.7.2 to 2.8 following:
https://www.rukovoditel.net/new_release.php?version=2.8

After transfer files and update database page stop loading on this:

Also tried from begining - new database and import all data, same result...

maybe you have to install translation for version 2.8?

It's solve the problem with fields names on login page but main page isn't load.

Check php error log because errors are not display on your server.
