Hi, good afternoon.
I have created a form that a certain user group updates through an automatic action. When I run the action the layout of the form that shows is different from if I use the 'Edit' button on the record page. Sections do not show, display rules don't work and the form tabs are all combined into one form. I have made sure the Display Rules part of the automatic action is enabled, so I'm wondering why they aren't working and why the form looks so different?
How the form looks by using Edit
How the form looks when I update it via the Automatic Action
Automatic action is showing Display Rules and being 'On'
Any help would be much appreciated

Tabs not supported in process form.
About fields rules make sure all fields that are using in rules are in form.

Re: Automatic Actions - incorrect form layout and display rules
Thanks for the quick reply.
It's a shame tabs aren't supported, I don't want this particular user group to have access to the Edit button or they'll be able to edit the whole record. I'll have to think if there's another way around what I need to do.
For the Field Rules, everything is in there, but it seems that it's the Section fields that can't be included as part of an Automatic Action.
Can Section Fields be added to be recognised by the Automatic Actions?
Thanks again

That's a pity. Is it something I could donate towards for a future release perhaps?
