Dear Support,
I was testing the Public Calendar Option where two standard users have updated their events and description accordingly. This information is made available to Manager only. But when as a manager i access the calendar; i do receive the calendar information of both the users; however i am not able to differentiate which user is associated with which event. I am not sure if this is a bug so i added it here in the discussions option. hope you can please advise?
Best Regards,
Brijesh Keni

Re: Public Calendar Operation
Yes, this is issue, public calendar should display event author.
And this issue already fixed in Extension 1.1
Extension 1.1 will be released with product 1.5
At the moment product in testing phase so I think it will be released at the end of next week

Re: Public Calendar Operation
Dear Support,
I am running right now version 1.4.1 with extension modules, where i have created new entities and settings. if I upgrade to version 1.5, will my entities created be erased. Can you please advise the steps that would be involved other than the database backup.
Best Regards,
Brijesh Keni

Re: Public Calendar Operation
don't worry, with any upgrades all data will be saved
the upgrade process is easy, in general there is just two steps: replace file, and run upgrade sql command
anyway there is Backup page under Tools menu that need to run before upgrade:)
