This is not bug. If you add Currency to input then app try to apply currency convertor to any input where currency is set.

If you don't need to convert currency then just add Sufix/Prefix to input to indicate currency.

You will pay only once and install software you your server. You can run software without internet connection and it means app not depended with project site.

Can't reproduce it. Anyway this is just Warning and app will work ok.

No, it's not possible.
